QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The objective of the Customer Relations Associate is to develop and improve strong customer relations with current and potential clients on a daily basis, meet sales goals set by management for trade shows, while contributing to the overall success of the shows.

Requirements for these candidates include excellent customer service skills, excellent English verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Looking for a self-starter who will require minimal supervision and enjoy the challenge of building business. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining active relationship with all accounts, coordinating show participation and documenting client discussions in a database.

The selected candidate will be the primary interface between our customers and our manufacturing and sales departments. This individual must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to meet deadlines.


Strong PC skills are a must. Excellent knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and other computer skills are required. Must be able to travel for 3-14 days at a time.
